Performance training provides a more focused agenda than general fitness. I design programs tailored to the specific needs of the individual. With a unique understanding that not one size fits all, my experience will help you reach your fitness and performance goals.

Tim Beltz, a nationally recognized top strength and conditioning professional, brings his 25+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry to clients for driving results. With my accredited certification from the National Strength and Conditioning association (CSCS) and undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exercise Physiology, the experience combines deep research and learning with years of in-gym and "in-game" experience to bear for optimized results. As a former competitive Olympic weightlifter Tim understands how the body responds to different styles of programming and training loads. With more than 20 years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, Tim specializes in understanding and optimizing movement and how the body adapts to exercise. This comprehensive background is activated to create the base of your future success.
With an understanding of the difficulty of maintaining sustainable success, my goal is to provide a results driven environment where fitness becomes part of your lifestyle. I strongly believe that consistent, diligent habits will form life changing results. This is one of the core drives of our approach of individualized exercise programs that meet your specific needs and provide long lasting success.
Individualized one on one training. Goal setting using measurable tools will be used to help drive the personalized results that you are looking for. Both individual and small group (2-4 people) sessions available.
Group fitness classes designed for the active adult. Need help getting started, looking for injury prevention, or need a little push? This program will emphasize quality movement, improvement in upper and lower body strength and power development.
Sport performance training for student athletes (individuals and teams). We specialize in pre, post, and in-season programming, long term athletic development, and data management (HR, GPS, HRV, etc.).
Unable to make it to the studio? We offer digital programming to help guide your fitness goals.
We offer summer speed and agility camps for student athletes. Please contact us for dates and locations.
Recovering from surgery, ACL mitigation, aches and pains, problems with mobility? This personalized program will address your areas of need.
